Online Banking Security
Security is vital when conducting transactions online. We have taken strong measures to ensure your information remains confidential:
Online Banking is on a separate, secure server and requires that your browser use 128-bit encryption.
Online Banking is password protected. You are the only one who should know your password. If you ever think your password has been compromised, either contact our Call Center at (850) 479.9601 or change it within Online Banking.

Online Bill Paying
Fast, safe, and simple to set up!
Gulf Winds' electronic bill paying service, Bill Pay, is an easy way to save time and reduce some of the hassle of paying monthly bills. It gives you the ability to pay your bills electronically, reliably, without writing checks or using envelopes or stamps. The funds are taken directly from your checking account. In accordance to the terms of our payment guarantee, Bill Pay will either send a check or transmit the funds electronically depending on the merchants acceptance policy. Please see "bill pay helpful hints" below for more details. And best of all, there is no extra charge for using Bill Pay.

How to pay your bills:
- Gather your bills and log-on to Online Banking.
- Click Pay Bills.
- Accept the authorization and agreement.
- Choose "Payments" and then "Add a Payee"
- Select Option A or B (A is our National Directory) B allows you to enter merchants not on National Directory using your monthly statement information from merchant.
- Click on Add Payee
- Enter Merchant account details (address, account #, phone # etc.)
- Click Add Payee
Bill Pay Helpful Tips
- Gulf Winds offers a payment guarantee on properly scheduled payments; therefore we must send your merchant and account information for verification. This process normally takes approximately 3 business days. Payments cannot be sent to merchant until this process is complete.
- Payments are withdrawn from the bill pay user's account at 10:00 a.m. (CT) on the "send on date" providing the merchant and account information have been verified.
- A stop payment CANNOT be placed on an electronic payment. Once the payment is debited from the account there is NO way to retrieve it.
- Stop payment can be placed on a check payment as long as the check has not cleared. The fee for stop payment on any bill pay items is $15.00.
- Payments CANNOT be made to collection agencies, or state and local government agencies (tax collector, child support enforcement or IRS).
- Gulf Winds loan payments or account transfers CANNOT be entered on bill pay.
- Bill Pay Service will be restricted if you have a Gulf Winds loan that is more than 20 days delinquent.
